The below charts reflect a timeline presentation of VIPD’s compliance status for use of force, citizen complaint process, and management and supervision. The period identified covers the second quarter of 2023 through the fourth quarter of 2024.

On May 25, 2021, the Court ordered, at the request of the Parties, that the Training section of the CD be terminated and thus, a compliance chart is not provided for the Training section.

The key is as follows:

• Green represents substantial compliance.

• Blue represents partial compliance.

• Yellow represents CD paragraphs placed in a warning status by the former IMT.

• Red represents CD paragraphs that the former Monitor deemed not in compliance.
